Once we’ve identified the source of issues, we give our clients a map to show how to go about fixing them. Here you can choose to tackle our recommendations alone, or engage us further with our Build phase.

Founders and CEOs are busy people, and time is money. In order to move at pace, many of our clients will ask us to implement our DeepDive recommendations.

Depending on the speed of execution required, this usually looks like 1-3 days a week, between 3-6 months (sometimes longer or shorter).
